The Team:

Christine Kempell: Producer, director, co-writer, actor

Christine has appeared on stage in London's West End, in Coronation Street, as well as appearing in a number of series for BBC Wales, Radio Wales and Radio 4, radio voice overs, TV ads, regional theatre, and short films. She has written dozens of features for lifestyle and listings magazines such as Time Out, What's On and Gulf News and was also a regular columnist for Time Out Kids Dubai. She wrote and produced a short film, Stiletto, a full length theatre play, SOAP, a radio play RULES ARE RULES, a short story THE GRASSMAN. She co-wrote Would Like To Meet with Hilary, produced WLTM for the premiere and in Brighton Fringe 2016, produced and directed WLTM for Lyric Theatre Carmarthen 2017, and Rialto Theatre 2019. She produced and appeared in the one woman play Caitlin by Mike Kenny for Brighton Fringe 2018 directed by Steven Elias  and took Caitlin on a small scale tour in 2022 and 2023, appearing at Shoreham WordFest 2023

Hilary Handel: co-Producer co-writer WLTM

Hilary was a regular cast member of Brookside for many years. She also has a background in script writing and storylining for The Dream Team and as script editor on Crossroads, Coronation Street and The Bill. She is a regular contributor to Sussex Living Magazine, and has written numerous short stories, short film scripts as well as a full length feature film script PARADISE.

Steven Elias: Director Caitlin 2018 & 2022 Tour

Steve is best known as the presenter and choreographer of the award winning BBC documentary ‘Our Dancing Town’. He has directed productions at the Millennium Centre Cardiff, Chichester Festival Theatre, The Musical Academy London, Carmarthen Youth Opera and Opera productions in the US and Australia. His acting and dancing career has spanned 30 years and Steve has been amongst the opening cast in many of the musicals in London's West End Theatres including Chitty-Chitty-Bang-Bang and Billy Elliot. Steve has choreographed productions at the Birmingham Rep, Holland Park Opera, National Theatre of Wales and productions for BBC Proms and Royal Albert Hall.
